Before entering real estate, my career began in the world of numbers. With a Bachelor of Accountancy, I started my professional career as a Tax Officer with IRAS, before moving on to Ernst & Young as a Tax Consultant.
That background shaped the way I approach property today. I naturally look beyond the surface; considering the numbers, affordability, market information and longer-term implications behind a property decision.
But over the years, I’ve also learnt that property isn't only about calculations. Every client has different priorities, circumstances and plans. Understanding those comes first.
